Residential Garbage Pick Up
Each residential customer within city limits is given one (1) 64 gallon Tote (provided by Fuchs Sanitation).
Additional bags can be placed out for pick up next to your tote if you purchase an “extra bag” sticker from Tony’s SuperValu or Kirk’s Super Stop for approximately $3.00.
Large Item Stickers are available to have large items picked up and disposed of, these stickers will cost approximately $10 each and are available at Tony's SuperValu or Kirk's Super Stop. Some items will need multiple large item stickers. See chart below for examples of large items. You will also need to call Fuchs Sanitation (218-498-2875) to schedule a pick-up for large items. If someone in your household is 65 years of age or older you qualify for the reduced per household garbage rate. If the correct garbage rate does not appear on your bill, please call City Hall and request the senior rate 218-483-3331.
