   The Hawley Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. They will consider the Conditional Use Permit application from Yeti Properties to build an apartment building in a C-2 Highway Commercial Zoning district.   Description of the lot is 1585 Hartford St with the legal description: SubdivisionName PETERMANNS 1ST ADD Lot 004 Block 001 SubdivisionCd 56676 HAWLEY CITY Parcel # 56.676.0040.

 

#2 Preliminary & Final Plat & Rezoning:

Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 5:10pm.

Petermann’s 2nd Addition

The Hawley Planning Commission will hold a Public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 5:10 pm.  They will consider the Preliminary and Final plat applications as well as the rezoning application for the Petermann’s 2nd addition with the legal description: SW1/4 LESS 61.37 AC 2-139-45 Section 02 Township 139 Range 045.  Parcel # 56.900.3000

   Hawley Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 19, 2025, at 5:20pm. They will consider the Conditional Use Permit application from Austen Peterson to build a Planned Unit Development in a C-2 Highway Commercial Zoning District.

   The buildings are proposed to be located at 22240 HWY 10 with the legal description: SW1/4 LESS 61.37 AC 2-139-45 Section 02 Township 139 Range 045.  Parcel # 56.900.3000

 

#4 Planned Unit Development Application:

Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 5:30pm

   Hawley Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 5:30pm. They will consider the Planned Unit Development application from Austen Peterson to build a Planned Unit Development in a C-2 Highway Commercial Zoning District.

   The buildings are proposed to be located at 22240 Hwy 10 with a legal description: SW1/4 LESS 61.37 AC 2-139-45 Section 02 Township 139 Range 045.  Parcel # 56.900.3000

 

The Public Hearings will be held in the City Council Chambers at Hawley City Hall, 305 6th Street, Hawley, MN.  All interested persons are invited to attend and/or to submit written comments prior to the public hearing.  The application can be viewed on the City website and during regular hours at City Hall.

 

According to the City Ordinance 10-3-3, all property owners within 350 feet of the property to which the applications relate shall receive mailed notice of the public hearing.  We invite you to attend the public hearing and/or to submit written comments about the proposed application.
