The Police Department strives to focus on community-oriented policing, by having its members be involved with community events and perform many duties that keep Hawley citizens safe.   The Hawley Area Fire District has 26 trained Fire Fighters and top-notch equipment to keep our lives and property safe.  The Hawley Emergency Response Team is on-call to respond when needed to assist and stabilize patients until the ambulance arrives.
